Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By accessing this website or ordering lab panels through links from this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Who we are
This site is operated by Coastal Aesthetics and Wellness (Joseph Bret Owens, MD), serving patients in and around Richmond Hill, Georgia. The site provides information about cash-pay wellness services and a pathway to order physician-curated lab panels.
3. Cash-pay services
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services and lab panels described on this site are cash-pay. Prices shown on this website are estimates for convenience and may differ from the amount charged at checkout on Fullscript Labs. The price you pay on Fullscript (or another fulfillment partner we designate) controls at the time of purchase.
4. Lab ordering through Fullscript Labs
Lab panels are fulfilled through Fullscript Labs (including platforms formerly associated with Rupa Health). When you continue to Fullscript, you leave this marketing site and enter Fullscript’s platform. Your account creation, payment, requisition, draw scheduling, and protected health information are handled under Fullscript’s terms and privacy practices. We do not process lab payments on this website.
5. Physician order and clinical review
Lab panels ordered through our Fullscript storefront require a physician order. Results are reviewed in the context of our practice. Ordering labs does not by itself create an ongoing treatment relationship for every service we offer; enrollment or a visit may still be required for programs such as direct primary care, hormone therapy, or other clinical care.
6. Appointments scheduled in Atlas.md
Direct primary care and other clinic visits may be scheduled through our Atlas.md enrollment and Patient Hub. Appointments made in Atlas.md are subject to this practice’s no-show policy: if you miss a scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee may be charged. This is a Coastal Aesthetics and Wellness practice fee, not a default Atlas.md platform charge. Please cancel or reschedule in Atlas.md (or by calling/texting the office) as early as possible if you cannot keep the visit.
7. Communications through Atlas.md
When you enroll or sign in to Atlas.md, Atlas.md presents communication preferences for you to agree to. Per Atlas.md’s own patient-opt-in documentation, patients may opt in to receive communications over methods that are not HIPAA-compliant, including SMS/text and email (and historically other unencrypted channels). Those messages may not be secure. Do not use text or email for emergencies. Use 911 for life-threatening situations. You may decline non-secure channels where Atlas.md offers that choice. Additional Atlas.md terms and privacy practices apply once you are on their platform.
8. Informed consent for labs (Fullscript)
Informed consent for lab testing ordered through Fullscript Labs is collected on Fullscript’s checkout and platform, under Fullscript’s terms. This marketing website does not collect a separate lab informed-consent form. By completing checkout on Fullscript, you agree to Fullscript’s consent, privacy, and fulfillment terms in addition to these Terms.
9. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and meet any age or clinical eligibility requirements that apply to lab testing and care in your jurisdiction. Parents or legal guardians may act for minors where allowed by law and by our clinical policies.
10. No emergency care
This website is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Content on this site is for general information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.
12. Intellectual property
Site design, logos, text, and other materials are owned by Coastal Aesthetics and Wellness or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
13. Third-party links
Links to Fullscript, Atlas enrollment, social media, or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Aesthetics and Wellness and its clinicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limits are prohibited.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law controls.
